Use our site to configure the events you want to presell tickets for. This is information like location, date, and time. You can edit this information quickly and easily at any time before sales start. After sales have been made, certain edits will be restricted, but we have support staff to guide you through any situations that may occur.
Open your doors to the world
Your customers can purchase tickets through our website easily and securely. You can track sales through our website and access the will-call list yourself at any time. If you need us to integrate with your existing door admission system, we will do so happily.
Get paid
For brand new venue customers, direct deposit or mailed check after the event occurs is the preferred method. As we get to know you, more options open up. However, nothing is written in stone. Call us to talk about your specific needs. We do want your business.

We offer a default user experience, but we can employ customizations provided by your web designer to tailor your customer's experience to your specific visual needs.
Mechanically
Every venue operates differently. Our engineering department can provide any functional customization you require. Contact us to dicuss your needs and get started.

Right now, we are only offering ticketing services in Texas. Expect to see us branch out soon.
What am I getting into?
We won't ask you for any sort of exclusive deal or lock-in contract. Prekindle may be used as a standalone system if that's all you need. Our standard offering is Will-Call based, but we can frontload your existing processes for ticketing and admissions, whatever those may be. And Prekindle works just as well for one-off special events or parties as it does for daily venue operations.
How does it work from start to finish?
The process for getting a show or event up and selling is very quick and easy. You'll go through these steps, which usually take just a few minutes, and we're here to help if you ever need a hand:
- Log into your Prekindle Venue account.
- Enter the event's key information (location, date, time, lineup, cost, capacity).
- Open the pre-sale up to the public!
- Use the available Promotion Links on your web site, calendars, Facebook and MySpace, Tweets, etc, to let your fans and regulars know where they can buy tickets.
- Let your performers know that you are using Prekindle to pre-sell tickets and how they can let their fans know where to buy tickets.
Once the pre-sale is opened to the public, this is how it goes down:
- Fans click Promotion Links they received from you or the performers and view the event's Promotion Page on [www.prekindle.com].
- Prekindle accepts Mastercard, Visa, or Discover for a secure online purchase.
- The buyers are added to the Will-Call list for the event and receive a receipt via email.
- Prekindle keeps track of all purchases until 1 hour before the show and has available customer support througout the pre-sale.
- You can log into your Prekindle Venue account at any time to check the event's sales progress and view the Will-Call list.
- When the event arrives, you print the Will-Call list or use our web-based admission system if you have a terminal with internet connectivity.
- After the show, we send you a check or direct deposit for the tickets sold.
